Orenthal James Simpson - Heisman Trophy winner, 1968. No. 1 NFL draft pick, 1969. Career high-lighted by 2,003 yards rushing, 1973. Unanimous All-Pro, topped 1, 000 yards rushing, 1972-1976. He went over 1000 yards four times in a 16 year career, is tenth in NFL history in total career receptions with 951; eleventh in NFL history in total career touchdown receptions with 87; rushed for 500 yards and a touchdown on 75 carries Played in four superbowl's, 234 NFL games between 1985 and 2000.

Bill was GM of the Buffalo Bills from 1986 to 1992. 
Polian won the NFL Executive of the Year Award twice in 1988 and in 1991.
In 2012, Polian was the 28th inductee into the Buffalo Bills Wall of Fame.
